Ticket Purchase Procedure

First, you need to register and log in through the 'LOG IN' field. After registering, log in with your username and password. In the 'Station' field, write your desired final station in Cyrillic (e.g., Skopje, Ohrid, Bitola, etc.) and select the date of your travel. Press the 'SEARCH' button.

On the next slide, you will see all the schedules and lines along with the carriers available on the same day or all lines on the next day or selected travel day different from the search day. After selecting the line, in the 'Category' field, you can choose discounts for children or students if such discounts are available for that line.

NOTE

For each discount, you are required to attach student identification – student INDEX. In the 'Round Trip Ticket' field, you have the option to issue a return ticket if such an option is provided by the carrier.

NOTE

Some carriers do not issue return tickets for certain lines. This will be shown after you select. In such cases, you can only purchase a one-way ticket, and for the return trip, you will need to purchase from the carrier directly.

In the blue field, the price you need to pay for a single ticket will be shown. After selection, on the next slide, you have the option to buy more tickets as per your wish. Do this by pressing + in the 'Quantity' field.

Finally, you need to pay with your VISA or MASTERCARD bank card. After successful payment, you will receive an email containing the QR code which you need to scan at the barriers placed at the bus station entrance and exits, and show to the driver or steward on the bus for entry.

Return Ticket Procedure

If you purchased a return ticket, it is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. In the email, you have textual content for the ticket, and you are required to log in at the bus station from where you are returning to reserve a seat and validate the ticket.

The validation fee is defined by the bus station and is charged additionally on the day of reservation.
